The last payment you made me for the sign space used by you on my building at 11902 Superior Avenue was $2.00, for January, 1931.
You have paid nothing since then, although I have occasionally dropped in at the store and have been promised that you would take the matter up shortly. There is now due, according to the terms of our arrangement twelve months' rent at $2.00, to February 1, 1932, $24.00.
Please send me a check promptly, and oblige.
