HARRISON B. McGRAW
ATTORNEY AT LAW
CITIZENS BUILDING
CLEVELAND, OHIO
62621
May 6th, 1922.
Chesnutt & Moore,
1106 Williamson Building,
Cleveland, Ohio.
Dear Sirs:
Referring to the Kansas City depositions, I would say that there is grave danger of this case coming up for trial this month. The absence, from the depositions which you prepared, of the copies of the exhibits is apt to delay the signing and filling of the despositions and hence embarrass us in the trial. This should be attended to at once.
Yours very truly, H. B. McGraw HBM cs Send orig's to McGraw after copies are made, early next wk.Correspondent: Harrison B. McGraw (1870–1944), a White lawyer originally from Michigan with degrees from the University of Michigan, began practicing in Cleveland in the 1890s and was president of the Cleveland Bar Association 1929–1930. Chesnutt worked as a stenographer for him as early as 1912 (see "Lone Stockholder Controls Session," Cleveland Plain Dealer, June 6, 1912, 9).
