The annual meeting of the Stockholders of this Company will be held Wednesday, January 18th, 1922 at 1:30 P. M. (one thirty) in the office of the Company, 710 Prospect Ave. at which time we trust you will be present.
A matter of great importance will be brought to your attention, viz, the discussion of the advisibility of making some other place the location of our office, the matter is of sufficient importance to urge you to be present.
At the bottom of this sheet you will find a blank Proxy, which please sign and return to this office by first mail and oblige. Should you be present, Proxy will not be used, the following Stockholders will probably be present, please make your Proxy to one of them:

By 1915 he was manager of the Mutual Mortgage Company and eventually its president, and by 1923 also vice president of the Security Savings & Loan Co. Like Chesnutt, he joined the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce (1894); he was also well-known as a freemason and founding member of the Cleveland Rotary Club.
