In re your Pols. # 66,574-5

The above policies in this Company mature as endowments December 19 next, said policies having been issued thru our Cleveland Agency, Mr. E. Miller France,1 General Agent, 1440 Leader Building. As we wish to make prompt settlement of all claims kindly advise where it will be most convenient for you to receive check for the proceeds of the aforesaid policies at maturity.

Our agent will be pleased to call on you to deliver the check unless you prefer some other arrangement. Provided we do not hear from you we will mail check to our agent, above mentioned, so that same will reach him on the date of maturity.
