               <p>The splendid success of the Perry Celebration was due primarily to the enthusiasm and efficiency of those who accepted service on the committee, and I want you to know that I appreciated your share in it all.<ref target="n.his00602"/></p>
               
               <p>Quite incidentally I think the celebration did much to
